These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GigFloSys application ("Service") operated by GigFloSys ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you upload.

6. Bookings & Transactions

GigFloSys is a management platform, not a party to bookings, contracts, or payments between artists, venues, and other users. We are not responsible for the fulfillment, payment, or outcome of third-party transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by GigFloSys. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or content beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that bookings, payments, or recommendations will be accurate or successful.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigFloSys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
