Best way to negotiate higher payouts with repeat venues?
I've been playing the same 3 venues for 2 years and my rate hasn't budged. What's your strategy for asking for more without burning bridges?

Selling a barely-used QSC K12.2 — $600
Upgrading my PA setup. One QSC K12.2 speaker, used maybe 15 times, perfect condition. $600 firm. SF local pickup preferred, can ship.

Riverside Amphitheater is booking indie bands for fall
Just talked to David Cole over there — they're looking for 3-4 indie/alternative bands for their September series. Great outdoor stage, 2000 capacity. Pays well. Apply early!

Blue Note NYC — incredible sound, great staff
Played here last month and the sound system is top-notch. Marcus the sound engineer is super professional. 150 capacity but feels intimate. Highly recommend for jazz acts.

Need a bassist for Nashville festival in September
Our bassist had to drop out last minute. Looking for someone who can learn a 45-min set of original funk/soul in 2 weeks. Paid gig, $800 + travel. DM me!
